Lunchtime Concerts in Middleton Hall Foyer

This trimester, a host of musically endowed students returned to Middleton Hall Foyer with the hope to brighten up what would otherwise be an abundance of (probably) soggy British lunchtimes with an eclectic range of music. The event was free for everyone and happened right here on campus, there was no reason to miss out on these excellent showcases of local musical talent—except for the very real threat of a few annoyingly persistent, but undeniably catchy, earworms. The first event took place at 1pm on 27th February, with music students performing a delightfully disparate selection of music including Alex Noble’s odd electronica, Kitty’s pristine pop, some smooth sax courtesy of Cecil Jones and a short but sweet set by first-years Martha Kent and Aaron Green.
